Learning Advisor role for a Government organisation in Central London. ASAP start, paying £23-£26 per hour.

Your new company
You will be working as a Part Time L&D Advisor, for a government organisation near Southwark/London Bridge.
Working pattern is 21 hours, across any 3 days per week.
The role is being recruited on a 7 month interim basis (until March 2020) and is paying £23.74 per hour PAYE or £26.67 per hour via Umbrella company.
You will be required to travel between sites across North, East and South London, so you must be prepared for travel.

Your new role
Working in an organisation of 5,500, you will be supporting Apprentices who are going through an 11 week programme, specifically those adults who require learning support and learning adjustments. You will essentially work to ascertain that they are being supported in the right way, following learning needs analysis and liaison with the Learning Support team.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be flexible, adaptable, with the ability to hit the ground running. You must have experience of supporting adults with learning needs and come from an L&D background.

What you'll get in return
You will work in a large, well known Government organisation, working autonomously to make a difference. You will be paid weekly and the role may be extended.
