Strategic HR Resourcing Manager
This is an exciting time for the NHS with new roles being developed to continue to support the delivery of excellent person centred healthcare. Working closely in partnership with our clinical leaders to identify future skill requirements, this role will support the strategic approach to workforce composition, developing new and exciting career pathways which attract and develop our current and future workforce.
Working in close alignment with other local health and education providers across Leeds and the Integrated Care System, the postholder will have a pivotal role in influencing Regional Workforce Planning and ensuring a highly skilled and motivated workforce of the future.
