Strategic HR Change Manager 

The delivery of high quality, person centred care is at the forefront of the Trusts values and purpose and we continually review how we can support our services to deliver high quality frontline care. Service redesign cannot be achieved without our people being at the centre of what we do. The Strategic HR Change Manager is a new role which will, in the spirit of business partnering, will provide strategic challenge and support to senior managers and clinicians seeking to implement person centred change. Part of the management team, the post holder will provide HR programme management, leading and co-ordinating the delivery of Workforce and OD input.
