Leeds and York Partnership NHS Trust is a high performing NHS Foundation Trust providing specialist mental health and learning disability services across Leeds and York as well as on a Regional and National specialist services. These roles are pivotal to delivering upon our strategic objectives and provide an exciting opportunity for individuals to influence and make a real difference to both staff and service users.
Health and Wellbeing Manager

We are excited to create this new role of Health and Wellbeing Manager to support our strategic priority of further improving our wellbeing offer to our staff. Leading on this work and working in partnership to support the delivery of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy, the post holder will build upon our current offer and develop innovative proposals to improve the health, wellbeing and experience of staff across all areas of our Trust. The post holder will also build relationships with local and regional health partners to maximise the benefit of shared knowledge and interventions.
