Workforce Project Manager (Mental Health Collaborative within the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Integrated Care System- Fixed term contract for 2 years)
This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple organisations across the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Integrated care System (ICS) to develop a Mental Health Workforce Plan for the system which meets the needs of the system and the local organisations represented.
Working collaboratively with NHS and Social Care mental health providers to develop a cohesive plan, you will lead on a range of projects and initiatives including collating workforce demographics, identifying the workforce challenges of supply and demand, streamlining HR processes, supporting the development of new roles to provide the delivery of high quality care and supporting delivery of the NHS 10 year plan for mental health and learning disability services within West Yorkshire and Harrogate.
