We are looking for an Interim HR Manager/HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract.



Our client is a well-established industrial global leader is looking to strengthen their People team with this interim HR Manager generalist role. Very fast paced & dynamic in nature, the organisation is rapidly evolving, and HR is pivotal to their ongoing success.



Working in true partnership with key stakeholders, you will be accountable for providing a quality HR service while understanding key business drivers and delivering value add initiatives which will impact the bottom line. A true HR business partner, you will work both autonomously and as part of a wider HR team. This role reports to a very supportive HR leader, and you will have access to an environment where best practice principles are embraced.



CIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within fast paced, complex, unionised industrial environments. Previous experience of managing consultations and negotiations with trade union is essential. Capable of working in a high change environment, you will have a creative approach to HR and thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions and embedding best practice.
