Job Details
Description
* Provide expert ER advice to managers and employees
* Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Stay updated in employment law and legislation and implementing appropriate action to reduce risk for the company
* Partner with the union representatives to maintain the working relationship
* Actively take part in change initiatives across the business, providing ER advice when required
* Develop people management capability with line managers
Profile
* You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
* Be an expert in employment law and legislation
* Experience with unions is essential
* Experience managing TUPE/mergers is vital
* Experience with the implementation of organisational design
* Ability to manage a high case load at one time
Job Offer
* up to £45,000 per annum basic salary depending on experience
