Your new role:

You will report to the Recruitment Manager and will be part of a busy In-House Recruitment team, responsible for establishing vacancy requirements, advertising all vacancies via job boards and appropriate media, you will be required to respond to all applicants in a timely manner, pre-screen candidates to determine their suitability and carry out telephone interviews and provide a shortlist of quality candidates to the client, you may also be responsible for requesting references and DBS checks and producing offer letters and contracts if required. This is an extremely busy, fast-paced role.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will ideally have experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Co-ordinator on a temp desk, within a recruitment agency or alternatively you will have experience as Recruitment Co-ordinator in a fast-paced In-House role.
