A leading international consultancy company headquarters in the USA, is looking for a fantastic Human Resources Operations Assistant to join their London team. They are a fast growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial company looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in a busy environment!

What you will be doing?

You will be providing general administrative support to the HR team.

Can you handle?

  • Recruitment – Ensuring all recruitment administration, preparing and administering contracts internationally, handling the on boarding process, processing references
  • Handling the invoices process
  • Maintenance of employee records on Workday ensuring all records are diligently kept
  • Responding to routine correspondence following establish procedures
  • Monitoring multiple HR inboxes and responding to HR employee inquires  

Are you?

  • Proactive and detail orientated
  • Well organised and can handle your time effectively
  • Respectful to confidentiality and your own integrity
  • A proficient IT user of  MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • An experienced HR administrator with a minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment
  • Experience of using an HR System
  • Fluent in a second language is desirable
