HR Project Manager
Our prestigious central London client is now seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join them for a fixed term period of 12 to 18 months.
As HR Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of strategic people priorities and lead and deliver a key organisational capability workstream. Your skills in organisation analysis and design, engagement and change management will be put to the test as you work closely with the business and the HR team to identify options for structural and role improvement and deliver effective change management strategies.
As a strong project leader with a focus on engaging stakeholders and staff, you will bring experience of leading on transformational projects that focus on organisational design, capability and engagement. With significant change management expertise, you will have worked in a large matrix structure and will have proven experience of driving and delivering projects effectively and within budget.
