A highly commercial Group Reward Manager is required to design and deliver reward strategy and projects for a renowned global industrial business. The organisation has a strong track record of business performance and their infrastructure is in place for future growth. They are seeking an individual with broad reward experience to provide an internal consultancy service in all aspects of Reward.



The role



As Global Group Reward Manager you will be the champion for reward, providing insightful reward advice and support to the wider HR team, enabling them to provide a salient & value-added reward service. You will have a proven track record of success within a senior reward role and will have operated at a senior level managing internal relationships and external partnerships.



Working closely with key stakeholders in this standalone role you will be highly operational and report into the group HR Director, providing expert advice on all compensation and benefits and incentives for the group. The role is responsible for all aspects of the global reward & benefits including; salary review, incentive schemes, employee benefits and executive remuneration.


The candidate



You will have proven operational and strategic reward experience gained within a commercial organisation and will have a proven ability to implement innovative reward programmes. A highly skilled influencer you will have experience working at executive level. Previous experience operating on a European or Global level is highly desirable.
