HR Projects Coordinator Role based in Exeter. 3-6 months. Flexible working hours available.

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has come up in a multi-site Public Sector company based in Exeter. A well-established business is looking for a HR Projects Coordinator to join their friendly and hardworking team.

Your new role

You will provide focussed support for improvements in a number of key areas of HR and staffing. In addition you will:

* Review and update all HR processes and policies
* Coach, mentor and training existing staff
* Provide day to day HR advice to staff at all levels
* Be a strong Generalist HR Advisor who can provide a comprehensive HR service

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a strong HR Generalist, who is driven, professional and has excellent communications skills. You will possess a degree or equivalent qualification and experience with working within an HR function. It is imperative that you are a trustworthy, meticulous individual and have strong administrative skills.
