I'm delighted to be representing a market-leading not-for-profit organisation based in West Yorkshire.


About the role

Being part of a strong dedicated ER team you will be required to deliver employee relations specialist advice and support by telephone to ensure all ER cases and ER practices are managed effectively in line with best practice and agreed service standards.

You will ensure that all employees are compliant with internal and external regulatory standards and report incidents of non-compliance in line with legal and internal frameworks.

You will need to determine the best ER solution to mitigate risk of litigation and monitor/report on performance against service standards within own area of work whilst working with others towards the improvement of service delivery.


To be successful for this role you must have extensive experience in providing employee relations advice and guidance in a customer focused, target driven and commercial environment. The role also requires you to have experience delivering specialist ER advice.

You will have knowledge and hold previous experience of HR technical discipline and/or legal or regulatory framework. For this role, you will also have strong influencing skills with the ability to critically analyse complex situations and recommend effective ER solutions.

Job Offer

DOE £35,000 - £36,000 + other benefits.
