An experienced HR Advisor is required for this exciting new interim role, working for a well known business based in Didcot.

Initially 9-12 months covering maternity, you will join a small and talented team, going through a period of significant change - supporting the business with generalist employee lifecycle duties, ER case work and MI reporting, whilst helping with learning & development, reward and payroll duties. You will also support the HR Business Partners on numerous projects and adhoc work as and when needed.

To hit the ground running, you must possess good employment law knowledge and be used to dealing with multiple tasks / projects at any one time. You will be able to work at pace, within a demanding environment, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a good commercial acumen.

This role genuinely has scope to develop a budding HR Advisor or HR Officer to HR Business Partner level.
