Job Details

An education organisation in London are recruiting an HR Officer on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive HR and compliance support.

Responsibilities 

  • Deliver high quality and efficient HR operations support in areas such as HR policy and advice, recruitment, L&D and payroll
  • Provide high quality first and second line HR advice
  • Draft and issue formal correspondence, letters and contracts
  • Get involved in all aspects of recruitment dealing with candidates and line managers
  • Carry out pre-employment and on-boarding checks
  • Provide support across L&D and training
  • Process monthly payroll for review and support the administration of staff benefits
  • Support managers on planned and ad hoc HR projects and contribute to the further development of the HR function

Qualifications/experience required

  • Experience working in an educational environment or for an organization with high levels of compliance and safeguarding
  • Knowledge of employment legislatio
  • Solid recruitment experience
  • CIPD Qualified (Preferable)
  • Great communications skill
  • Flexible approach and the ability to work to deadlines
