Description
* Be the first point of contact for all learning and development requirements and queries within the organisation
* Assist the Group HR Director to develop a training Academy designing and delivering personal, management and leadership training
* Work with the business units to develop the training programme
* Responsible for talent management processes
* Incorporate different learning techniques such as classroom and e-learning
* Manage the training budget for the organisation
* Manage the development of the HR team from a training perspective
* Line manage the L&D Co-ordinator
