We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and proactive People Administrator to join an ambitious and fun team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a personal impact in a fast growing and successful company.

You will provide the People Manager with excellent admin support for a full range of HR processes across the company. This includes training coordination, new joiner on boarding processes, management of the buddy scheme, creating welcome packs, responding to all staff and benefits queries, suggestion box monitoring and recruitment coordination plus much, much more.

You will have incredible attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, be exceptionally personable, hard working and reliable. This job is perfect for a recent graduate with relevant studies in HR management, psychology etc or someone who has gained some previous HR admin experience in a creative company and is now looking to secure a challenging permanent role to develop their career further.

There is lots of scope to learn and expand your responsibilities and for promotion in the future.
