Your new company
This not for profit organisation provides vital services to more than 10 local authorities across Wales. Their newly renovated headquarters are in Caerphilly and house a large number of their 300+ staff. You will be joining the busy and friendly HR team where no two days are the same!

Your new role
In this role you will support the HR team by being the first point of contact for enquiries from mangers and employees in the business, providing them with initial guidance or signposting them to the relevant people / information. You'll be responsible for maintaining the HR system and updating records. You'll be involved in recruitment, assisting hiring managers to post their jobs via the ATS system and giving them guidance on dealing with applications. This role is a real all-rounder where you will be a pivotal part of the team and will quickly assimilate into this friendly organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in working in a HR team environment as an assistant or administrator or in a business where you have had responsibility for HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding etc. You'll be a confident IT user, experienced with use of a HR system. Though training will be provided, ideally experienced use of an online Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous

What you'll get in return
You'll be rewarded with a salary of £20,000, a 35 hour working week (which can be compressed over 4 days if preferable), great location and a really enjoyable sector to work in.
