A flexible HR Advisor to join a fantastic care provider in Hampshire, based in Waterlooville.

Your new company

My client offer hope and support to people by providing the highest quality specialist end of life care. They guide their patients and those closest to them through the journey of their illness, both in their hospice and from the comfort of their own homes through to bereavement support.

Your new role

As HR Advisor, you will report to the HR Manager with no direct reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great organisation who have a hugely positive impact on peoples lives at what can be a very difficult time.

What you'll need to succeed

This position will suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment, used to having to react suddenly to changes. You must be qualified to CIPD Level 3 (minimum) with a drive to progress and ideally have 2 years experience in a similar HR Advisor role.

Working in a care provider / healthcare environment will be an advantage, but other industry backgrounds will be considered.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary between £28,000-£32,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday + BH's (increasing after each 2 years service), pension matched up to 7%, health and wellbeing resources online and healthcare plan.
