HR Business Partner

We are supporting them to appoint an experienced and professional People Partner (HR Business Partner) to support the Sales, Marketing and International areas of the business. This is a role which is truly embedded within the business area and closely works with the management teams in their specific area. This role is about value-added HR, working with the management teams on developing staff and meeting business objectives, ensuring they are skilled and trained to manage people issues. You will be an effective relationship builder and be able to build strong and trusting relationships with your business leaders and management teams. In addition, you will also provide operational advice on all areas of HR including recruitment, performance management, talent management and organisational development.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with experience of working at a strategic Business Partner level within a technology environment. You will be credible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated.
