HR Operations Manager
Our client Redgate Software is a leading provider of software solutions and they work with a range of companies in the UK and globally, partnering with over 90% of the Fortune 100 companies. With offices in Germany, Australia and the US and over 300 employees, this is an exciting time to join a forward thinking and progressive organisation.
We are now working in partnership with them to appoint an experienced people manager to lead, motivate and develop a team of HR Assistants who in turn will support the organisation with delivery of operational global excellence. The HR Operations Manager is responsible for the provision of accurate and timely reporting to aid decision making, the management of HR systems and processes and ensuring the company is compliant and is globally consistent.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with excellent data management skills and attention to detail. You will have gained experience either as an Operational Manager or a Partner and have experience of managing a small but highly performing team. A knowledge of the Cascade system would be highly advantageous. You will be resourceful, proactive and self-motivated with a keen desire to interpret data to provide meaningful insights for the business.
