Working closely with senior stakeholder with a commercial HR mind-set

Must be commercial and be able to demonstrate experience of their commerciality around HR Business Partnering.

Team leadership

Be able to take ownership of difficult operation HR content

Have experience working with sales and marketing functions

Have FMCG or similar sector experience

HR Project experience
