HR Business Partner - Education
Our client, a globally recognised academic institution now requires an experienced and talented HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
As HR Business Partner you will operate as a consultant to management across the spectrum of HR issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent, assessing the people impacts of the client area’s goals and anticipating HR-related needs.
Working collaboratively as part of a team of HR Business Partners and alongside specialist teams, you will bring business issues into the HR through maintaining an understanding of the organisation’s financial position, midrange plans and culture and developing integrated and commercially focused solutions that deliver value-added services.
To be considered for this role you will need to be degree educated and possess recognised professional certification (CIPD or equivalent) or equivalent skills and experience and have a proven background as a HR Business Partner with progressive responsibility for people activity in a complex, highly ambiguous, matrixed organisation. Experience of managing complex people issues in a unionised environment together with a strong coaching style approach to collaboration, dispute resolution and problem solving is also required. Previous experience of working across a range of industries would be highly desirable.
