Talent and Capability Manager – 3 days per week
Are you an engaging, creative and experienced HR generalist that has a genuine interest in developing and nurturing talent? If so, read on.
My client, a large, commercial, hugely successful national company is looking to strengthen its senior HR management team with the appointment of a part-time Talent and Capability Manager.
Essentially your role will be to drive performance, manage talent, and lead the learning and development agenda across the organisation as a whole. This will include early careers, succession planning, talent programs, management & leadership development and diversity. This is a genuine opportunity to design the plan on talent and make a real impact through shaping how the company develops its employees.
You will have the energy, resilience and confidence to influence at an executive level. If you can think strategically, yet can get dug into the detail needed to make your plans come to life, then we’d love to hear from you.
