Your new role
This role is a HR project for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension. The assignment will be solely focused on consolidating policies across 3 organisations within the group. This will involve working with key stakeholders to review, scope and prioritise requirements then revising and rewriting policies before helping to embed them.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require a strong background in a similar role - well versed in the challenge and possess the required experience to deliver a collaborative approach. You must have effective communications skills, ability to work with stakeholders and a confident approach to project management.
