The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented senior HR professional to join a friendly, professional team within a diverse and exciting organisation. Spread across multiple sites with a range of roles and working arrangements, you will need to be able to establish and maintain policy and processes to align with and support the delivery of our strategic priorities, with flexibility that complements our diversity, whilst providing assurance, strong and consistent governance and process.
Skills
You will have exceptional and current employment law knowledge, experience of leading complex HR change projects, and highly developed analytical and written communication skills, as well as the ability to guide, challenge and partner colleagues at all levels in the organisation. Knowledge of the sector and experience in pay and reward would be a distinct advantage, as would a proven ability to develop colleagues around you.
