A global business operating across Europe and America, this organisation has several brands and a significant headcount within the UK. As a business partner to the public sector, this company is driven by their values with a keen focus on being commercial but doing it in the right way; because of this, the business has ongoing change and transformation projects happening across the UK.

Your new role

This is a new role, created to supplement the Business Change team. Here, you will be create a reporting process and collate significant amounts of information from various sources and across business departments for a number of change projects.

The team control the tracking of all UK business plans and you will be tasked with utilising data to inform strategic decision making; for this reason, this isn't just a data role, as you will then provide insight and explanation to senior and executive stakeholders up to C-Level.

You will work across business functions and in both a strategic 'bigger picture' and operational 'hands on' capacity.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for an analyst with a track record in working with large data streams in big businesses, who is able to communicate their findings to senior stakeholders. This could have been in a Portfolio/PMO/Senior Finance/IT/Business Analyst role but its vital that you have experience firstly building process and pulling vast amounts of data, and secondly using this to inform strategic business decisions.

We'll be looking for:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a large, complex business/es
- Advanced Excel skills
- Senior stakeholder management experience and the ability to translate complex data into insight/strategy
- The ability to work independently
- Ideally, experience across: PowerBI, VBA, SQL, Advanced Sharepoint, Smartsheets, Advanced JIRA, CIMA/ACMA
