HR Manager Responsibilities
This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to get stuck in – Inputting both strategically and operationally with scope to get involved in a range of HR projects.
As the HR Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Development of the HR strategy
- Managing the recruitment processes
- Creating and implementing HR processes and policies
- Developing training and development
- Managing employee relations
- Leading on HR projects
HR Manager Experience
The ideal candidate will be highly emotionally intelligent and commercially focused and will have extensive HR experience gained within a fast-growing business ideally with Healthcare/Medicine. CIPD qualified, you will be used to working in a dynamic, commercially focused environment and will enjoy the challenge of working with a range clinical and non-clinical staff.
Based in London SE8 there are many local amenities nearby including free parking.
This is an innovative and rapidly growing organisation operating in the healthcare sector. You will set up the HR function from scratch and will work with the SMT to develop good practice. The standard working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. There may be some flexibility associates with this role for the right candidate.
