Job Details
An education organisation in London are recruiting a Job Evaluation Coordinator on a 4-month Fixed Term basis. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive recruitment support.
Responsibilities
- Provide job evaluation review process support
- Support the organisations annual promotions and job level review processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for information on staff promotions
- Provide committee support on meetings, interviews and debriefs and ensuring that the interview process runs smoothly
- Carry out applicant and candidates support throughout the recruitment cycle and carry out necessary compliance checks
- Provide input to the methods and processes used in job evaluation
- Provide guidance and support to managers on the creation and review of job descriptions
Qualifications/experience required
- Excellent recruitment coordination skills
- A strong understanding of the job evaluation process
- Education experience preferred
- Experience with using HAY or Agenda for Change methods
- Great communication and literacy skills
- The ability to liaise with senior employees and challenge them where necessary on recruitment issues
