Senior HR Advisor

Henlee Resourcing is working with this niche Business based in Derby to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager, initially for 9-12 months.

This organisation is going through an exciting period of growth and as such, require a highly experienced Senior Advisor to provide generalist HR support, ensuring business-as-usual is running smoothly, whilst supporting the Head of HR on a number of people initiatives.

This hands-on role will see you working on-site, providing expert HR advice and support, as escalated from the HR team. Duties will cover:

* ER case management - escalated performance, conduct, absence managing (etc) issues
* Reporting and data analysis - reviewing certain practices and data (ie. zero hours use, absence etc)
* Reviewing policies and processes
* Project work as directed
* Team leadership - two staff

We require a Senior Advisor / HR Manager with strong generalist, operational and employment law knowledge, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

The ability to quickly build robust and collaborative relationships is absolutely paramount. You will also need to be a self-starter, able to operate unsupervised, with the ability to lead a small team, providing leadership and guidance, particularly when dealing with more complex case work.
