Job Details

A world renowned and industry leading organisation in London are recruiting a HR Manager on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver an outstanding HR service

Responsibilities 

  • Partner across the organisation and senior leadership team (including the Chief Executive) to drive the HR service
  • Contribute to and deliver the HR strategy 
  • Be the HR expert and act as a trusted advisor and counsel across the organisation
  • Provide expert employment law advice and guidance
  • Partner with the SMT and managers to establish current and future workforce plans
  • Lead on organisation design within the organisation and ensure that learning and development plans are in place at an organisational and individual level
  • Coach and support the SMT and managers to develop best HR practice and application of HR strategies, policies, procedures and employee relations
  • Be accountable for payroll activities

Qualifications/experience required

  • Leading an HR function of an organization 
  • Proven ability of delivering an HR strategy
  • Experience of managing an international HR team (desirable)
  • Proven ability of dealing with consultants and contractors
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to confidently present a business case
  • Experience of dealing with a highly skilled workforce (desirable
  • Developing and implementing an HR strategy
  • CIPD level 7
