A challenging opportunity as a junior HR Business Partner has arisen to join a fast paced, industrial organisation, which is undergoing significant change. A true market leader within their services field, they have well-known brands within their sector. Due to ongoing commitment within the business and especially to HR, this HR Business Partner has arisen to join their dedicated HR team.

Working across the business, you will be accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice, first class HR service. The role encompasses both operational HR and projects and depending on business issues will include employee relations and change management.

It's a full & busy role, you'll be handling a full range of HR activity including, resourcing & talent management, performance and development, reward, employee relations and wellbeing, communications, governance and compliance. Support through the delivery of transactional, operational/tactical and strategic solutions to ensure that the business attracts, develops and retains key people capable of delivering the current business plan.

Preferably CIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within a fast paced, change environment. Knowledge of a unionised, industrial type environment would be highly preferable. Comfortable as a challenger & strong stakeholder management, you will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and HR best practice. In addition, this role will evolve and you will have input to develop this role.
