A permanent HR Advisor role based in the West Bromwich region

Your new company
An ambitious and expanding engineering based organisation based in the West Bromwich region. Due to continuing growth across the business, a HR Advisor is now needed to join the HR Team.

Your new role
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice and guidance across a multi-sited business.

Key responsibilities

* Providing answering queries on HR policies & procedures
* Providing advice on first line ER queries and supporting the HR Manager with complex casework
* Managing end to end recruitment processes
* Monitoring absence and return to work interview
* Conduct exit interviews
* Manage parental leave cases
* Support HR project work
* Process HR administration as required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful candidates must be a HR Officer or HR Advisor with experience of operational HR and providing first line advice and guidance. Candidates must have a willingness to learn and this a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop. The role will require occasional travel will also be required.

What you'll get in return
The salary on the role is £20,000 to £25,000 per annum plus benefits
