The people agenda is central to this ambition and we are now seeking to appoint an Exceptional Human Resources and Organisational Development Director.

You will have significant HR and OD leadership experience gained within a large, complex organisation. You will possess a proven track record of pursuing creative strategies that deliver progressive organisational change, building capability, engaging and getting the best from our staff and promoting a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will be fully CIPD qualified, preferably with a good level of HR systems knowledge and experience. You will bring a proactive and positive approach, establish constructive relationships with managers at all levels based upon your personal credibility and evident abilities. We are in a rapidly changing environment, where personal resilience and the ability to make change happen is crucial.
