An opportunity has arisen to join the People Services department as the HR Service Centre Manager based at our Union Street HQ. The main purpose of the HR Service Centre is to support our colleagues through their employment lifecycle, from the initial on-boarding process, through to handling retirements, and everything in between.
Providing a professional HR service to over 5,000 staff and dealing with many external clients, the role requires a customer focused individual with the ability manage the day-to-day running of a busy HR Services Centre, comp comprising of a team of co-ordinators and administrators, dealing with the transactional elements of employment.
Working closely with the Head of HR Services, we are looking for someone who will be integral to the implementation of the redesign of the team’s structure and transactional processes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, the ability to develop, implement and maintain HR systems and e-centric processes, experience of managing and motivating staff and exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and external clients.
