Are you looking for a pro-active business partnering role that will balance adding value in strategic areas such as Talent, Engagement, Organisation Development whilst also delivering pragmatic commercially focused solutions across Employee Relations and Performance?
This very successful and rapidly growing international construction/engineering business has a real energy about it. They are looking for a generalist HR Business Partner who brings experience within the construction or engineering sectors so they can hit the ground running. You'll be part of a great HR team, led by an inspiring Group HRD, who are making a real difference in supporting the businesses growth journey and great place to work agenda.
