HR Advisor - Management Onboarding
We’re working with a highly respected private care company in Colchester who are investing in their people processes by seeking to recruit a HR Advisor to lead their management onboarding.
We all know that the experience you have as a candidate when joining a new company makes a huge difference to how you feel as an employee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create that great candidate experience for new managers, from application to the completion of probation. Our client recognises the value that having engaged, motivated and supported new managers will make to their business, and you will be central to this.
Candidates who have the ability to build positive relationships at all levels and who take pride in delivering a high level of service and support will be ideal for this role. You will be responsible for the full hiring process relating to management appointments, including organising pre-screening and assessments, production of welcome packs, sourcing new starter equipment and working with operational teams to oversee the new employee’s induction.
If you have experience of HR and recruitment at management level, are a confident communicator and self-reliant in balancing priorities and deadlines we’d love to hear from you. CIPD Level 3 is desirable, but not essential. You’ll be joining a progressive, well-supported HR team that continually look for ways to improve the services they offer. Their location in Colchester is within easy reach of the A12 and provides free parking, as well as being accessible by public transport.
