Your new company
A global marketing company, are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Manager on a part-time permanent basis, for 3 days per week Your new role
You will manage all benefits for the business, to include vendor management and renewals as well as dealing with queries from staff. You will also manage the compensation side of things, looking at pay reviews and benchmarking. You will also liaise with outsourced payroll providers, and process payroll for the US using ADP TotalSource.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of managing company compensation and benefits as well as managing the payroll with the outsourced providers. You will have experience of ADP TotalSource.
