Appointment of a Director of HR
Creative Education Trust is a non-profit educational charity recognised by the Department for Education as one of the leading multi-academy groups in England. We support a growing network of seventeen schools in industrial, post-industrial and coastal communities to improve standards and achieve academic success.
We seek a Director of HR to lead HR Strategy and Operations. The appointee will lead a regionally dispersed team of five, and will develop and maintain strong relationships with Creative Education Trust’s Principals and Headteachers, with trade unions and professional associations and with the Trust’s Executive Team.
We seek an experienced HR professional, preferably a Chartered MCIPD or FCIPD, with a proven track record of successful HR leadership in complex organisations experiencing substantial change. Some experience of the challenges of working in a geographically distributed multi-site organisation would be advantageous, but this is not essential.
