Working for a Business Services organisation within the West Midlands.


The HR Business partner will be required to provide a 'true business partner' service to the organisation partnering with the key stakeholders within the Operations team. You will work alongside the HR Director and HR team working that will have specific business partnering responsibility for some key business areas whilst being the specialist contact for Rewards.

You will act as a sounding board for senior leaders, challenging their thinking and balancing risks and opportunities to help the business find the right solution. This role will include you to review and devise a reward strategy that reflects the industry and the market. Creating tailored approaches to rewards that reflect personalised career journeys.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a large complex organisation. You will have excellent communications and presentation skills with strong a good understanding of commercial acumen and have worked as a Business Partner. You will require to have a full understanding and experience around Pay and Reward.

Ideally you will be a chartered member of CIPD of working towards it.

Job Offer

The HR Business Partner will receive £48'000 plus benefits.
