HRIS Officer job in Guildford paying up to £30.5K pa supporting group level systems queries. This role is initially on a 12 month fixed term contract

A national education organisation with local offices in Guildford and the surrounds. Due to team development, an HRIS Officer in required for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your new role

Reporting to the Group HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and fast paced service for all HRIS related queries and requests. You will work with the HRIS manager in management of the HR information systems, progress new projects to fully utilise the capability of systems, provide first line assistance to the HR and Payroll teams to resolve any system faults, oversee GDPR compliance and monitoring of the HRIS systems, develop and produce management reports from Business Objects and Power BI. You will also ensure and maintain strict confidentiality over employee data and information, ensuring full compliance with Data Protection Act provision. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of data within the HRIS Systems.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience using iTrent is ideal, but not essential. You must be an analytical individual with great customer service skills.
