A HR & Office Manager role on a 12 month contract. The role can be on a full or part time (min 0.8 FTE) basis

Your new company
An SME technology organisation based near to Redditch. They are currently recruiting for a HR & Office Manager role, on a 12 month fixed term basis, to start in October 2019. They are able to consider the role on a full time or part time (minimum 0.8 FTE) basis.

Your new role
The HR & Office Manager role is a standalone role, providing a full generalist service to the business. Key responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment, absence management, performance management, employee relations, talent development, policy & procedures development and employee benefits. The post holder will also deliver inductions, training and coach managers on HR best practice. The role will also be responsible for site facilities management, health & safety, processing invoices and office management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered candidates will be an experienced HR Manager or HR Advisor with full working exposure to generalist HR and excellent employment law knowledge. Ideally candidates will have worked within smaller organisations and have supported a technical or engineering based workforce.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 FTE
