HR Advisor: Permanent: Manchester: Paying up to £26,000 per annum + benefits

Brief: HR Advisor, blue collar environment, South Manchester

The company:
An established facilities management company who provide bespoke, tailor-made services to both public and private sector clients across Greater Manchester. This organisation has recently gone through a re-brand to reflect internal changes within the business regarding culture and engagement, so this is a great time to join a growing and forward-thinking business.

The role:
As HR Advisor, you will report into the HR Manager and be responsible for all generalist HR activity across the business including providing accurate and timely advice on all employee relations issues, ensuring that all matters are dealt with in line with company policy and procedure.
HR MI and metrics are of key importance to ensure business growth, so the HR Advisor would be responsible for ensuring that the HR database in up to date and regularly maintained to allow for the generation of management reports on key HR matters.

The candidate:
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have solid generalist HR experience ideally gained from within a blue-collar environment. In addition to this strong employee relations and employment law knowledge is key to be able to carry out the role effectively.
Furthermore, it is a requirement of the client that the successful HR Advisor is CIPD qualified to level 5 or above.
