Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Bristol or London Office
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £46k inside London or £43k outside London

About the role:
With just under 500 staff and twice that many volunteers, at CLIC Sargent we’ve got a whole range of people working hard to deliver the best impact they can for children and young people with cancer. As one of our HR Business Partners, you’ll be curious about what motivates our people, understand their business areas, and work with our leadership teams to bring our strategy to life through our people plans so that we can reach even more young people who need us.
About you:
We’re looking for someone experienced and confident in providing HR advice and partnering, able to work across the full spectrum of people functions including employee relations, change management, learning & development and volunteering. You’ll be used to working with senior leadership, with strong influencing skills and a creative approach in your solutions and plans.
You’ll have strong complex employee relations experience, and be able to coach our managers in HR policy and best practice, so that they can grow their confidence and skills to be great when it comes to people leadership.
We really want to nail our approach to workforce planning, so we’re looking for someone who is great at interpreting data, identifying where and how we can make the most impact, and who is a natural collaborator, working across all our People & Learning teams and creating a joint direction which helps our people be the best they can be.
