HR Advisor at a Professional Services business in Worcester. Offers a fantastic opportunity for progression.

Your new company
A modern and progressive Professional Services organisation based in Worcester, with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join the HR team. The role will also offer the opportunity to develop into a HR Business Partner role.

Your new role
The HR Advisor will be be responsible for providing a generalist HR advisory service across the organisation. Some travel to other offices will be required.

Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor role

* Providing advice to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Providing support and guidance to managers on Employee Relations casework.
* Providing advice on absence management cases.
* Manage parental leave cases and flexible working requests.
* Producing HR management information reports.
* Supporting the implementation of the people plan.
* Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* HR project work

What you will need to suceed
To be considered for the role you will be a HR Advisor or HR Officer with strong generalist experience. Proven experience of providing advice on and managing employee relations cases is essential. Candidates will also be qualified to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum. Additionally candidates must be professional, have great attention to detail and be able to build strong working relationships at all levels.
