An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this market leading business in Bedford as Compensation & Benefits Analyst.. The successful candidate will be play a pivotal role in all business as usual reward activities across the organization, as well as delivering qualitative insights relating to key HR metrics.
You should be comfortable working at pace, often in a rapidly changing environment where the context is shifting and occasionally ambiguous. We are looking for someone who already has experience working in a Reward role, so can hit the ground running.
We are looking for someone who is driven, has strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills as well as an analytical and curious mindset, but also has a real passion to help drive the delivery of HR initiatives, supporting the business values and purpose.
We’re not looking for an excel wizard, but you should have an advanced working knowledge. Previous working experience using an HRIS system is advantageous.
