Interim HR Change Manager EMEA - 12 month FTC - Global restructure project for a sales population - Immediate start - Paying c£60,000 - £80,000

Your new role
As an Interim HR Change Manager you will be responsible for leading and driving a change program for a global sales population. You will be responsible for owning the project including design the target operating model, aligning the leadership structure, designing total reward components and developing the talent attraction strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have proven experience of leading a major transformation program for a global sales population within a complex matrix business. You will be able to demonstrate how you have developed and kept to a project plan as well as your approach to organisation design and change. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month FTC. You will be flexible to travel internationally as required.
