Interim Inclusion, Diversity and OD Manager
My client, an NHS Trust in the Northern Home Counties is seeking an Inclusion, Diversity and OD Manager to join their team on an initial 6 months basis.
In this project, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Trust meets its statutory obligations in line with current equality legislation and best practice and to ensure that the Equality agenda is mainstreamed in to all areas of activity.
This post sits as part of the lead HR team and within the OD function with an emphasis on equality, diversity and inclusion.
Providing high levels of expertise and specialist knowledge to ensure that the Trust is compliant with its statutory duties in accordance with its long term strategic equality plans, including its equality objectives and the NHS Equality Delivery System.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing an equality and diversity agenda in a complex, public sector environment.
