Resourcing Advisor - Dudley - £25-27k

We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor for a small and busy national HR team based out of Dudley. You will be a key player as the HR team looks to modernise their processes and provide an enhanced service to the national business as you will be involved in all recruitment activity for the organisation.

You will have responsibility for

* Supporting hiring managers throughout the whole recruitment process (i.e. ensuring there is authority to recruit, taking a job brief, advertising, sifting CVs and organising interviews and assessment).
* Working with some 3rd party recruiters as well as thinking about where to advertise and how to use job boards to improve direct sourcing channels.
* Building relationships with hiring managers to better manage their expectations and have them positively engage with the recruitment process.
* Dealing with all recruitment administration, organisation and supporting with onboarding of successful candidates.

The successful candidate will have

* Existing experience working in house on Recruitment and Resourcing issues.
* Confidence supporting hiring managers at all levels and taking ownership of recruitment campaigns.
* Experience working in a smaller HR team.
