Job Details
Description
As HR Manager you will:
* Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
* Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
* Analyse trends related to hiring, employee morale and retention, employee relations with management and executives to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, aligning HR efforts with company goals related to profitability, efficiency, and performance
* Liaise with high-level decision-makers to outline the organisation's HR goals, identify opportunities to improve processes, and provide recommendations to improve employee morale and boost performance
* Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
* Provide HR policy guidance and ensure full compliance with Group regulations and rules
* Unions relations and collective agreement negotiation
* Work closely with the GM and his staff to ensure the right support and involvement on all the on-going projects
* Monitor and report on workforce, people development, succession planning and performance management
* Identify training needs for teams and individuals
* Effective HR Team coordination and organisation to ensure all projects and HR activities are up to speed and completed as per plan
* Good influencing skills with the proven ability to provide pragmatic solutions to business problems
Profile
You will have:
* Proven work experience as HR business partner or HR manager; at least 5 years in similar role, preferably in global organisation
* Blue collar industry experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and management skills
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Familiar with HR metrics
* Thorough knowledge of employment law
* Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
* Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality
* Available to travel on an ad-hoc basis
* CIPD qualified or Master's Degree
